"We showed up and were put into a room that was not what we reserved and was also being renovated. There was spackling crumbling from the ceiling, cigarette burns on the tray holding the ice bucket, beds rediculously sqeaky--we only got another room because we asked for it at the front desk. It was not as nice as it was advertised online."

"The continental breakfast should have more options rather than donuts and muffins, something salty is better.
I have some problems taking shower, because of the old instalations.
There have some filth under the bed, like cigar, candies, dirt.
There were few lights, dark room."

"In our room there was a constant trail of ants in the bathroom #120 and every time we used the blow dryer it would blow a fuse in both rooms #119 & #120. We also had cockroaches in both rooms #119 & #120. The carpets were very dirty, if you walked barefoot or with your socks on your feet they got black from the carpet."

"1. the entire bed board had dust or some sort of wood cleaner on it and when I sat against it my shirt got dirty.
2. I wish the bed had been warmer.
3. The shower gave me problems every time I was trying to ajusted it.
4. Depending on time there wasn't always enough parking inside."

"The toilets broke, the parking lot was swarming with insects and no matter where we parked they got into and started nesting in our car. There were bugs in the room and the people at the front desk never once mentioned anything about a fee for local calls and took it out of our key deposit. That would have been fine if they'd told us about it. The people at the front desk were rude and annoyed with us. There was no hospitality."

"This hotel was very well worth the money, economical and very accomodating. The beds were very comfortable. I went to a convention at the Anaheim Convention Center which is just a short walk away and really enjoyed my stay. The front desk clerk Sandra, was a big help when I made arrangements to stay an extra day to enjoy the sights."
