"ALTHOUGH WE BOOKED A ROOM WITH 1 KING AND 1 DBL BED, WHEN WE ARRIVED IN OUR ROOM , THERE WAS 1 DBL AND 1 SINGLE, NOT ENOUGH FOR 2 ADULTS AND 2 KIDS. IT TOOK ABOUT 20 MIN. BEFORE THEY "UPGRADED" US TO THE CORRECT ROOM. THEY BROUGHT US OUR NEW CARD AND INFO RE WHERE OUR NEW ROOM WAS, BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE WITH OUR LUGGAGE. IF WAS FRUSTERATING TO DEAL WITH AFTER 11 HOURS AT DISNEYLAND!"
