"The people at the office when checkin in and when checking out did not know about "what it was or how to respond" because I pre-paid the hotel in a travel agency. In each case they wanted to charge me again. I hope they did not charge my credit care again since they kept it for security. I encourage you to train them in there job responsibilities.
Please check that I my credit care was not charged with the stay. I already pre-paid with an agency credit care.
