"Hi there:
When we arrived at around 3:30pm, our room was not ready to be occupied we got a different room. It was right next to the ice machine outside and the stairs and was extremely noisy during the night. The ice machine kept waking us up every 10 minutes. The shower did not work properly, we showered in cold water most of the times. There were roaches in the drawers and walls. This hotel definitely needs a lot of work, not on the outside mainly but inside the rooms, it is not clean at all. Also, we got confused when we reserved the room(s), it asked us if we wanted a double room (2 persons per room) and we got one room with 2 beds, the room was so small we could barely move in it. Disneyland Resort was very close, which was the only advantage of this hotel and also the big swimming pool was great. At our leaving, when my husband told the person at the reception about the ice machine and room, he just shrugged his shoulders...
