"Nice sized room. Convenient to have sink outside bathroom and shower area, as there were 4 of us trying to get ready in the morning. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room."

"I appreciate this opportunity to express my displeasure in the Best Western. We were scheduled to stay three nights and relocated after staying one night. The bath room was very dirty (hair intube,ants) the draws were very dirty and the room smelled very poor (spray)and we calle to get a towel and were told to walk down and pick it up. I left a note on the bed indicating how unhappy we were. I have stayed in several Best Western and have always been pleased with my stay. I would hope this is once in a life time experience.
